Last weekend I did a quick promo photoshoot for a Croatian/Slovenian band Helika, which, I’m sure, is already a pretty known name to the regular readers of my blog since I’ve been photographing them on multiple occasions. And that’s not just because my wife is in the band, but also ‘cause I really like their "trip pop" music!
We had a lot of fun, and that’s not just because they’re a funny bunch but also because our son was jumping all around the place while we tried to keep focused on the shooting. Luckily, Luka had a great nanny (thanks Nadja!) who saved the day!
Photography wise, I wanted to play a little with the multiple exposure in camera thing (see last few photos in this gallery), an mainly for that I used my new Fujifilm X100s camera - a little camera that I’m loving more and more each day! :)
Eleven moths after they were in my, then newly opened, photo studio for some promo photos, Koala Voice - one of my favourite bands - is back! Yep, we have a hell of a coffee here at SHtudio and people tend to come for more :)
Helika is a new and exciting Croatian-Slovenian band which is practicing hard for the live promotion of their debut album - I recently visited them in their studio for a quick documentary style photo shoot.
