Amazing performance by recently reunited duo that performed over 70 concerts together in the early 1990s and released a CD called "Amulet" in 1996.

After I missed what is now considered to be a legendary gig in Maribor when Punčke played Stolp 3 some time ago, I was sure not to miss this one. There were two main reasons for this: firstly, Punčke are great young female rock trio from Croatia that are brilliant for photographing live and secondly, the organiser of the concert, Miha Lovše, deserves every respect of concert lovers in Maribor and Slovenia.

Second part of this years Bažant Pohoda 2014 gallery includes names like Suede, Goldfrapp, Travis, Tune-Yards, Kelis and my personal favourite of the festival, Japanese girl band Tricot!

Highlights of the bands shown in this gallery include brilliant Tame Impala, legendary Kraftwerk in 3D, Jambinai that play heavy post-rock on Korean traditional instruments, amazing duo Putan Club and many more!

The final gallery from this years Festival Lent contains some moments captured offstage, on stage (but not as performance), behind stage and on the streets of Maribor, during the festival.

16 days of Festival Lent in Maribor also included many sporting events - as one of the official festival photographers, I covered some of them, including Jet ski Alpe Adria Tour 2014 and Slovenia Slack line Open 2014 competitions, and here are few chosen photographs from them.

26th Folkart & 50 years of KUD Študent ceremonial Academy

This years 26th Folkart International CIOFF® Folklore Festival, which is a sub-festival of Festival Lent, included seven folklore dance companies from whole world, plus, Maribor's own KUD Študent (The Cultural Art Association Študent) celebrated 50 years of continuous operation with a ceremonial Academy.
