Djembabe are preparing their second record :)

After sold out Christmas show at Arena Stožice in Ljubljana, Slovenia last year, Easter gig was reserved for Maribor - and what a gig it was!

What was planned as a double bill night with Croatian trio Punčke promoting their new album and Maribor’s local boys No Force Can promoting their first really cool EP, changed due to unfortunate circumstances...

MENT Ljubljana is a great showcase festival of fresh music from all around Europe plus and an international conference about music industry and creativity. So basically, it’s packed three days of great speakers and great music in few different venues in Ljubljana.

Sorting through the concerts from the last year that I still haven’t published on my website, I found this little gem: two great young Slovenian bands playing in Maribor couple a months ago. Already well known Koala Voice and the new indie stars on the horizon - MRFY.

I was very happy to be commissioned and to collaborate on another annual winter dance production by Plesna izba Maribor, Maribor’s well known dance school & dance company, photographing young talented dancers in another great performance!

For me, this was one of my favourite club gigs of 2017, for many various reasons!

It's time for yet another annual recapitulation of the best music related moments in the last year! :)

Shooting the sold out concert of the probably the biggest rock’n’roll band in Croatia and one of the biggest in the ex Yugoslavia region, in front of almost 20 000 people as an official photographer for the band with AAA pass is definitely a dream come true for any concert photographer! :)

Almost exactly two and a half year after I’ve seen and photographed the great Public Service Broadcasting live for the first time, they came to Zagreb which was an opportunity I couldn’t miss :)

Great young Slovenian band Koala Voice promoted their freshly released and much anticipated second album titled "Wolkenfabrik" two days ago in Ljubljana!

Last gig on their European tour was a beautiful night in the Croatian capital and the second time for me to photograph this amazing band from Iceland performing live.
