Koala Voice @ River Pub, Rijeka (Croatia), 19/04/2019
Last weekend of Koala Voice’s Da Da Tour has brought them back to Croatia. First stop was the city of Rijeka, next years European Capital of Culture, a well known bastion of rock’n’roll in Croatia, where many many great bands came from.
The pub where they played had a stage in the shape of letter L with equally long sides — who said that photographing band on a tour can becoming boring because every night is the same? :)
They were supported by the cool local band Fanaa and the whole night was a great fun! :)
Eleven moths after they were in my, then newly opened, photo studio for some promo photos, Koala Voice - one of my favourite bands - is back! Yep, we have a hell of a coffee here at SHtudio and people tend to come for more :)
Rock Caffe, Kostajnica (Bosnia and Herzegovina), 28/03/2019
Second day of the tour, second country - Bosnia and Herzegovina. The people at cool Rock Caffe in Kostajnica were extremely generous and made us feel like home and the concert was explosive and loud as Koala Voice gigs usually are :)
Sorting through the concerts from the last year that I still haven’t published on my website, I found this little gem: two great young Slovenian bands playing in Maribor couple a months ago. Already well known Koala Voice and the new indie stars on the horizon - MRFY.
Sixth edition of a smaller rock festival in my old home town, and the first one on a new location - instead of old army barracks, this year it was lake Šoderica, some 20 minutes away from the city. Also, my first time on this festival :)
