Roughly one year has passed since I first saw and photograph Kandžija i Gole žene performing live, although they’ve been performing for some time now (I was late in discovering them, mea culpa). A lot of things have happened in that year (I actually photographed them twice performing in Slovenia), but two things stayed the same - they still kick ass live and they’re still one of my best regional artists!
Shooting them in a small club was completely different then shooting them in a bigger venue like Tvornica and shooting on stage provided some different angles and a lot of wide shots :)
Their support was a great, fun and energetic new band from Zagreb called Bruto Geto, that I’m sure you’ll hear about more pretty soon!

Weather forecast for the night didn't look good at all in the beginning, but happily, forecasters were wrong - just a bit rain didn't spoil a fabulous open air gig!

Last Saturday I was privileged to work with one of my new favorite bands from Croatia - Kandžija i Gole žene - shooting live promotion of their latest album (and a brilliant one it is!) called "Nema labavo" in Tvornica kulture in capital of Croatia, Zagreb. And what a gig this was! :)
